Xicato Stand

We were inspired by Xicato’s passion for the science of light and colour and wanted to design a stand that showed off their unique expertise and specialist knowledge in this area. This led to the idea of creating separate workshops each with a Xicato specialism – the colour lab, the materials lab, Lighting 2.0 etc. Visitors could then follow the story of the product through its component parts. The science/colour geek theme enabled us to have fun in the design. Xicato wore white coats and we created a huge chandelier using science test tubes and filled with colour water as a centre piece to the stand.

There were many interactive opportunities for visitors to get hands on with the product by handling reflectors, looking at materials under the different Xicato modules and taking colour tests. Offering experiential demonstrations allowed us to support the science/colour geek theme. Each room was a different colour of the spectrum which is a reoccurring theme throughout all our work with Xicato.
